After an expense is approved in Yokoy and marked for export, Yokoy Connect automatically processes this information. It then converts the expense data into an open payable directly within SAP Business ByDesign.

Invoice Management

Your supplier invoice will be processed in Yokoy. After your approval process and possible adjustments the invoice data incl. the document will be transmitted to your SAP Business ByDesign.

Masterdata

Your masterdata like employees, suppliers, cost centers based on your organisational structure will be automatically synchronized from SAP Business ByDesign to your Yokoy solution.

Invoice Pre-Booking

You have the requirement that you want to see the invoice data at an early unapproved stage in your SAP Business ByDesign. With our pre-booking function we save the invoice with a payment block during your approval process. After your approval is finished we submit last adjustments and update and release the invoice.
